The Ultra 3 has set a new standard for smaller sized dredges. The unmatched performance of this dredge system is designed for those who operate in extremely remote and challenging locations. It can be easily transported and is lightweight and quick to assemble. Powered by a variety of engines, pumps and compressors offering a choice of power to fit individual needs. The Ultra 3 features our high performance 3 inch sluice box recovery system with a longer expanded metal classification screen, black ribbed rubber for quick recognition of values and miner moss for excellent gold retention. Comes with a shorter oversized power jet and longer Marlex Jet Flare for greater suction power and non clogging features. The one piece ribbed lightweight Marlex floats and two piece frame provide a compact package that when assembled is smaller lighter and more compact than all previous three inch dredge models. |

Our 3 inch dredges offer extreme versatility and are ideal for small to mid-sized dredging projects. The reinforced sluice box features rolled top edges and heavy duty latches for long life and durability as well as a long sluice track adjustment for precise tilt positioning. A large woven wire mesh classifier screen and black rubber ribbed matting at the entry section of the sluice provides for better classification and instant recognition of values. The combination of miners moss and expanded metal placed under the first half of the riffle section allows for improved fine gold recovery. Marlex Jet Flares increase suction power, diffusing material for more equal distribution into the sluice box. The Jet can be pivoted upward between the floats for ease of maneuvering through extremely shallow water. The pivoting Jet Flare and sluice can be detached from the floats and placed on level ground for use with a power jet or suction nozzle. The flotation system has been designed with a light frame and the streamlined pontoons are equipped with 3 "stringers" on the bottom that assist in sliding over rocks in shallow water. The floats are also conveniently molded with storage indentures providing a place to set your mask, gloves, tools, or other items. All of our 3 Inch Dredges are equipped with Model P180 pumps, PPJF3 Jet Flares, SB3F Sluice Boxes and have a dredging capacity of 3 cubic yards per hour. Fully assembled dimensions are 73" x 46" x 13" However, the entire frame has been constructed to separate into two sections for ease of transportation and storage. |

This New 4” dredge is specifically designed to be lighter and more portable than standard models. The smaller, more compact 4” is ideal for packing into remote areas and is also great for quick one day outings. The sluice box has been shortened by 8” for a total of 40” in length. The new sluice is a single stage box, however with the woven wire classifier, the long rubber damper, miners moss, rubber ribbed matting and the latest riffle designs, you will not be disappointed in the fine gold recovery. The lighter sluice and flare weights around 30 lbs, making it easy to throw it over your shoulder and pack it in. The new float and frame on much smaller and lighter only 40 inches wide and 60” long and complete weighs less than 50 lbs. The dredge is just the right size to fit in between the wheel wells of a mini pickup or inside a small SUV. The dredge comes with a standard engine such as the 6.5hp intek pro Briggs & Stratton or the 6.5 hp Honda, our P180 pump and the optional T80 air compressor and the air snorkel. The Dredge comes with 20 feet of suction hose and the oversized non-clogging power jet and jet flare. This is a lot of dredge in a little package. |

This 6 inch "Mini" line of dredges is our personal favorite. Designed for either the serious gold prospector or the professional who demands portability and performance. The increased suction power of our 6 Inch models will pull rocks from over a foot away and moves a tremendous amount of material. You will simply be astonished at the amount of fine values that you will recover with the 3 Stage Sluice System. The black rubber matting at the beginning of the sluice box allows you to quickly determine values at a glance. Choose from a variety of twin engine assemblies for portability, or a single Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Engine for rugged performance. These dredges are also equipped with either a T80 air compressor or a high output 263 air compressor for more depth and greater air supply for divers. All 6 inch Mini Dredges are equipped with our SB6M3 Sluice Box, 20 feet of suction hose and have assembled dimentions of 118" x 60" x 38". |

This selection of 6 and 8 inch heavy duty dredges are "State of the Art" equipment for economy and portability. Large carpeted walkways on the decks can accommodate several divers and provides for ease of access around all working parts of the dredge. The sluice box sets below the surface of the water, reducing out of water lift and increasing suction power. All models are equipped with a winch leveling system for precise tilt and sluice box adjustment. The double classification sluice design gives you excellent recovery. The first portion of the sluice containing the coarse gold can be cleaned separately without removing the lower riffle system that contains most of the fine gold. The second riffle section is covered with a .5 inch woven wire classification screen that classifies material and keeps large cobbles from entering the fine gold recovery section of the sluice box. The dredge itself is mounted on four modular Marlex flotation modules that provides for superior stability. Dimensions on all models are approximately 120" x 94" x 23" and each dredge comes with 20 feet of suction hose. These 6 and 8 inch dredges are quite simply superior machines that must be experienced to truly appreciate their recovery capacity. |
